Think about this...if there is a secondary offering, it might be priced based upon a 30 day average closing price. So maybe somebody wants to pump the closing price each day. Lots of late surges recently. Just saying.
I tried to rearrange the letters of dontbetheball to see if I could spell datbehardwork. It didn't work. I doubt very much the company will issue any more shares to raise cash in the event of acquisition. Likely it will be a debt offering. Straight up debt, maybe, maybe with warrants to reduce rate. Given the industry, the company should not be issuing converts.
