With the shorts covering and SWHC paying big clients $10 to sell that should have easily pushed it past $10.
Let's see what E.O.D. brings.
This is what drives folks crazy with you datbe. You earlier gave the example of an institution wanting to tender 300 million shares compared to the individual investor with 5000 shares. When I pointed out there were only 64 million shares outstanding, you came back and said it was a misprint and you meant 30 million. That is dumb too. No institution owns 30 million shares of SWHC. As a matter of fact, all of the institutions put together own about 30 million shares. LOL! Again...nice hyperbole!
Gee whiz dude, you will post absolutely anything without regard as to its credibility. That is what irritates so many on these boards. Why not simply stop posting or move on to another stock and start fresh and try to be more accurate?
I see why folks completely dismiss you. Real quick examples:
You throw out some institution holding 300 million shares vs the individual small investor. NEWSFLASH: there are only 64 million shares outstanding. Nice hyperbole.
Secondly, you give them grief for taking on additional debt (when it makes sense). Are you aware that Apple, who was completely debt free, just took on debt BECAUSE IT WAS ACCRETIVE AND MADE SENSE!! Or do you suggest that Apple is run by idiots too??
Geez dude...you are annoying. (as others have stated)
wolf...this dat character is a few fries short of a happy meal. Months ago and still probably to this day he was on here preaching of an SPO simply because they renewed a shelf registration. We told him it most likely be in the form of debt issuance if they used any of it. Hey dat...250 down to 150 now j a ck #$%$ He was also on here preaching about how management is paying way too much for their debt. Now that they are planning to reduce interest owed on debts he starts preaching about something else. When they close the deal this will pop again. I'm sure dat will be all over it. The best thing you can do is use the ignore button.
misprint...30 million shares.
Apple took on debt at much, much ,much lower rates that this penny stock did.
Besides AAPL was under pressure from Large Institutions about multiple practices.
OK last SWHC prediction from this maroon was $7 - due to shelf registration - now he is complaining because management manipulated the price up to 10% of it's recent high, lol.
Hey maroon, how about an apology to all the 'newbies' you misled. Your pea brain could not fathom an upside scenario - but that is understandable considering your ego takes most of the space available.
Be a man, admit it, your endless rants meant nothing - you were wrong.
Not wrong, just early. I am satisified with what management did, but am sure their up-coming Options will be a FEAST for them.
I told Newbies to do DD and to look at past actions as well as Secondary THAT IS STILL OUT THERE!!!....why didn't they just price that and pay off their measly debt?....why refinance $42 million into $100 million??....especially if they have all this cash.
The more complicated you make a transaction the less people will try and dig into it.
This whole thing of $100 million buyback, $10 tender and refinancing small debt with larger debt just doesn't make sense.
The legalities of tender offers are such that all shareholders are equally eligible. You are incorrect.
8) No issuer or affiliate shall make a tender offer unless:
i) The tender offer is open to all security holders of the class of securities subject to the tender offer; and
ii) The consideration paid to any security holder for securities tendered in the tender offer is the highest consideration paid to any other security holder for securities tendered in the tender offer.
Well let's see if anyone gets a tender in the mail through their broker and actually is ABLE to tender lets say 1000 shares.
They can tender to everyone, but select the highest 5-10 redemptions and say that it was the easiest and most efficient way to pick the winners. All the rules are on the big boys side. I don't read anything about every tender gets a guarantee, thus there is no guarantee for anyone except who they pick.
That's the way this corrupt game works.
Retail may be invited, but party gates will say "Sorry; Filled to Capacity" upon their arrival.
