Let's hope the analysts ask intelligent questions today. At least a couple figured out that demand is good and the metric which counts is days of production ..50 or so days this quarter due to ERP system means revs at the 130m level....and a rebound to 63 days means higher revs next quarter...Black Friday was 6th busiest day in HISTORY for FBI checks...so demand is not the issue...
"Let's hope the analysts ask intelligent questions today." Never use intelligent and analyst in the same sentence. Better, let's hope folks read the report for themselves and don't rely on second hand agendas. If you believe there's a threat out there you're pro gun. If you believe the threat is over because the economy is improving, you need protection. If you think you don't protection just because Congress is quiet, try telling that to joe perp at your door, you were going to buy your weapon later, because you weren't worried about Congress anymore?????!!!!!
It doesn't seem that gun purchasers are all that stupid. As a matter of fact they probably are the most rational in the world.
Remember when folks in tin foil hats were worried the govt was coming after them and spying on them.
Looks like they were right about that, weren't they? Looks like the second amendment protagonists are going to need self protection, and a terrific hobby to boot, no matter what the anti gun forces say, whether liberal, or concerned misguided mama.

And you cannot sell it if the store does not have it. The buyer will be swapped to another similar item when push comes to shove. That's what happens when panic buying ensues.
I credit SWHC management for expanding capacity while increase profitability to amazing levels. And if you listened to the call, those numbers included more capex expending than they originally planned for this year.
Let's how the management remains well grounded and continues to value long term results over short term gains.
And there were only a few shares sold by a member of the board headed into this announcement. With the rise over the last twelve months, we could have seen a lot more if they really thought the best times were behind them.
we'll be at SHOT Show in Las Vegas in January, where we look forward to sharing some exciting new product information. On the investor front, we'll be at the Cowen Investor Conference in New York on February 5 and the UBS Investor Conference in Boston the week of February
Its always something with SWHC. Buy ATK and RGR. If SWHC shards the bed again it would be a great entry point in the other 2. I am long SWCH as well but it needs to be put out of its misery and be bought out. ATK?
