I know S&W has targeted the LEO market, a market that they dominated for decades and lost to Glock and Sig. Are there any reports on how this campaign is going? Just antidotal observations tell me they are making inroads but I have seen no real numbers.
Nothing scientific but they are winning over some department as I can tell .....but it's really a "be careful what you wish for thing".... The margins on that business are slimmer.... The service work is greater.... It keeps their competition (Glock) busy.... When you can sell everything you can make to civilians you don't want it to sound like you don't want the LEO business but I really think they don't.
