No I don't think so... It will force Lehmq to pay more for Archstone.However if they do get Archstone it will be a medium to long term hold. They take it public and pay (off?) the creditors with the proceeds from the stock sale.Utilize NOL's?Then what happens is anyone's guess.They sell it to pay the remaining portion to creditors and then some to Ct's perhaps???Keep it as another profitable sub???
