It finally happened and its about time!
A derivative shareholder lawsuit against Bovie Management for breach of fiduciary duties and bad faith in relation to their mismanagement of the company.
The complaint is at:
Martin, he won't answer your question. He never does. He just makes oblique statements when he's not lying or dissembling. Today he's pretending to be an "auditor," and his pretend client is Renn. He simply ignores all reality, prefering to make up nutty theories instead. His latest wackjob is he discovered why bovie has fallen 80 percent: Russell Cleveland wants it at $2.50, I guess so he can have catastrophic paper losses for shareholders in his fund. So everyone, stop your negativity! Bovie management is doing just fine! Ignore all those silly lawsuits and complaints! Ignore all those reports of management's incompetence! Ingnore the unapproved FDA applications. Ignore the bad patents they bought. Ignore the lack of new products. Ignore the losing of Boss and Seer. Ignore the fact that the promised Seal n Cut is nonexistant. Just listen to Wise and click your heels and we'll all be safe in Kansas.
You and your stupid consipracy theories are ridiculous. Last time it was a double-secret redacted paragrapgh in a devastating and costly surrender document that you fantasized into something positive. Today you say it's all part of a plan by Russell Cleveland (whose fund is hemmoraging money because of its bovie investment). The stock price is where it is because of managmennt stupidity and incompetence. You know this is true, but you must lie and dissemble, because you're worried "negativity" might hurt the stock.
The Code of Ethics Further recognizes that “[s]hareholders own the business,” and thus that officers and directors must “treat their [the shareholder’s] investment as if it were [their] own and . . . protect it.”
The complaint seems to have been written with inside knowledge:
Board materials pertinent to the purported decisions to be made or issues to be discussed were not disseminated either before a meeting or even at the meeting, and there
was almost never any opposition or even serious discussion about the issues from most the Board members.
I think this thing is coordinated with Livneh.
Look at THIS one:
Citronowicz, in a conflict of interest, also made Bovie retain two of his brothers, Zoran, and Y. Citronowicz.
Y. Citronowitcz studies at a religious school in
London, England and currently does no work for the Company.
