  75 cents is also great if it holds...We will go to at least 7.50 & could hit 8.00 in the next few month...This was a great buy at 4 5 6 & is a great buy at 6.85...If you can get it in the am...glta...

    A bit late now on this call but...We are going to 13.5 which will be about a 7.4% yield...glta
