Distribution -- What Happened?
I'm looking to add EROC to my MLP portfolio (have STON, CQP and EVEP). The current distribution is only one-half of what it was in 2009. Can anyone comment on what happened? I would like to think that my distributions will increase and the unit price appreciate with it.

  basically went through a reorg-sold off assets, issued warrants, etc
  
  goal is to reach 1.00 in annual distubitions by end of 2012 (first quarter 2013)
