The sell-off is for a reason, no bounce back even though overall market is rallying. management is crooked not for share holders, they aimed to increase dividend to a dollar, but fell short of 12 cents. management is going screw shareholders more in the long run.
All MLPs have been in pain recently. The last quarter didn't help this stock either. The current quarter was a bit more encouraging. They are still paying a steady $0.22 per quarter which, if you bought the stock now, would be around an 11% annual yield. To say it is dead money is a little misleading because by just holding the stock I could get this return.
Unfortunately I think any other capital gains are a bit limited in the short term. My opinion is that it is an ok stock to be part of your portfolio, but in the current market MLPs are not hot and if you want to keep up with the S&P you need to be some other stocks that are in favor NEOG, F, JCI, ETN, DKN etc. but aren't paying quite as nice dividends.
