Hello to all. I see that the dividend which they decided to declare is 3%. I was thinking that in the past it has often been 2%. I realize that the stock dividends don't really change anyone's position in any real way, but I still think stock dividends are nice. I don't think that BOKF will bother to declare a split unless the shares rise to the 40 range. Then, a 3-for-2 split would make sense.
Does anyone here invest in any other, probably smaller Oklahoma banking companies?
I have some preferred shares of LFIN (mine are LFINP). But I notice that the common shares, LFIN, seem not too expensive. I do not miss the point that BOKF is a sizable company with banks in several states in the midwest and west and that BOKF is therefore not really comparable to banking companies which do business in Oklahoma only.
