IBM got downgraded, down 1%... big deal!!! The market sentiment is good... downgrade is not going to affect SP much at this time.

you know I would have thought the economy was going to slow also but recently I just see the start of the opposite. Fragile perhaps but it sure seems lending is getting a bit better for quality borrowers and businesses either have to start hiring soon or fail to service customers. Still it seems awfully fragile to me, but would be careful here if betting on a decline.
