    Smith Barney raised targets on all European oil stocks and noted that Sto is most levered to crude prices and has many projects that look promising and are starting to produce good results. Sto's target raised from $14 to $16.

      I hear you on this one SSB lowered their expectations on FRO to SELL and the stock went up. So I have to wonder what effect BUY will have on this one. Higher priced oil is great for this company. I do not expect oil to wander back to the 30's like most analysts do. I still remember waiting in line on odd and even numbered licsense plate days to buy gas back in 79'.

      well the wallstreet journal article brought me here to do some tire kickin. so I bought 600 today.
