    Stupid policies

    Oh you have to handle that at store level. The salesperson
    gives me the wrong product and I should drive
    2 hours round trip to fix his mistake. Either credit
    my credit card or mail me the right product. Are you
    going to resell the tea? How about empowering your people to
    make things right? Stupid policies that irritate
    customers is not the way to build a business.
    The good thing is I see a good opportunity to make
    some money shorting this co.! Thank you stupid people
    at the home office!

    • This company couldn't give a crap about the customer, they don't even care about the employees!! The stress to work there is ridiculous. Most of the management knows nothing about sales, promotion, and customer satisfaction, it's all about making the numbers look right! Beware of this stock! Wouldn't be surprised to see some kind of class action in the future, once more than a couple quarters are reported...imho of close contact.
