There were no after hours trades @ $10.27 ... it traded 174 shares @ $9.05 (I'd take the short side of that for 5000 shares right now) I'll bet you $2 it closes below $9 on Monday -- common sense or logic will set in after the hype job today.
We'll see in a few days.
