Against my best intuition with market up and DLR down. I know I am paying alot for the real estate but if the revs and earnings support this price then I am happy even if the stock doesn't move back up for a while. GLTA
P/E of 38...is that what you mean by support? Still seems high. Tapering (interest rate increases) on the horizon. Earnings/Growth will slow. REIT dividends are nice, but look at the 3 month and 6 month chart. They tell the story. 38 price earnings...just not sure that will hold.
