Good leasing (their colo of $5M is more than or almost as much as competitors entire qtr). Lease rates holding steady, EBITDA good. Consistency is good with steady (annually rising) dividends, just like we want from REITs.
Raised dividend a little. Solid earnings. Adding high quality properties. Goldman downgraded them MUCH lower and this is a long term winner. Patience pays and collecting the dividend doesn't hurt.
