Subject: ZSTN - late Friday SEC filing .....
    Date: Sun, 9 Jan 2011 17:09:29 -0600

    Congratulations ZSTN team,

In announcing a $50 million offering Friday AFTER THE MARKET CLOSE, you have now sent a loud and clear signal to American investors that ZSTN is a TOTAL fraud. The company was actually starting to gain respect with such a large cash position, but you guys just proved that ZSTN does NOT have the previous reported cash position. The buzz this weekend on the most watched China small-cap investors forum is mainly about ZSTN and how NO serious investors will take a look at the stock after this ridiculous offering, proving ZSTN is a fraud once and for all. At a time when China small-caps are under increased scrutiny due to so many allegations of fraud, ZSTN hits everyone in the face (after hours on a Friday as well) with this offering. This will not only be devastating to your fraudulent stock and company, but it will further hurt the credibility of the entire sector. As a fund manager and China small-cap moderator, I will make sure to get the word out that investing in ZSTN means investing in a total fraudulent company. Nice job a$$holes. By the way, the e-mail address you idiots have listed on ZSTN's last PR doesn't even work.
