Shorts guaranteed that HRBN would not be acquired. They said it was all a fraud. Let's just see who is the fraud:

When HRBN was at $7/sh shorts were sending out F.U.D. and said there is no chance it is worth over $4/sh.
Harbin was indeed acquired this week for $24/sh. Acquisition is 100% completed. Enjoy.
