garnishee n. a person or entity, quite often a bank or employer, which receives a court order to not release funds held for or owed to a customer or employee, pending further order of the court. (See: garnish, garnishment)
So - does that mean that we are probably wasting our time, trying to wait this thing out? I am just about ready to throw in the towel (if I am able) and invest what little I receive in an American company that will give me a return on my money. I'm not sure that waiting, at this point, has any value. What are your thoughts?
