In the years 2000-2006, before the China bubble, the stock traded at a p/e between 3 to 4. Estimated earnings per share are around 2.9 for this year and around 3.1 for next year.Assuming the share will return to it's long time average p/e, this gives a price target between 9 and 12.Look at MSN Money for earnings estimates and the like.
That's an interesting perspective. I find p/e 's not so reliable for picking a bottom but good for overall valuations obviously. Thanks for your input. I'll take a look.Chartist
