Ever since this CRAZY merger I have defined this stock as a RIP-OFF. The premise behind this 'merger' made ABSOLUTELY no sense! Today this LOSER hit a low of $1.13 with a 'large block' of 80,000 shares. Even this poor soul couldn't stand it anymore. It's only a matter of time when this LOSER declares bankruptcy but way before 'suckering in' more naive, inane 'investors'. There WILL BE many more LOSERS in this LOSER before this facade is finally realized. Shame, a real shame!

Bankruptcy or delisting is a few days away. I am still disgusted that they showed such contempt for the shareholders, and employees, to bring Berrard back for million dollar contract, to unravel the mess, that, for the most part, he created. I am amazed that people on here, today, say they bought this stock. It's all over but the fat woman singing.

I was part of the original PIPE during the reverse merger. I sold all my shares at $12 and have been telling people to sell ever since. Some had to learn the hard way. Some still haven't learned.
