I have several questions for you...
    When will it hit 3?
When will they release the financials?
Why did they lose 2 big distributors this month?
What are they doing to turn things around?
Why did so many techs leave this month?
    Thanks in advance,
    AB

    • When will it hit 3? - No way to know this but I think next summer (2014)
When will they release the financials? (whithin SEC quidelines now which is 45 days after quartr end and 60 days after year end. Their financials are cleaned up now)
Why did they lose 2 big distributors this month? No 8-k or press release to support your claim. "Our second quarter 2013 results saw us moving our top line back in the right direction, as we generated a 6% sequential revenue improvement from the first quarter," said Thomas Byrne, President and Chief Executive Officer of Swisher. "We continue to see renewed interest in our corporate account and distributor programs. In the first half of the year, Swisher added nine new service distributors, 2,000 net new customers through its existing service distributors and won several new corporate accounts with over 700 locations as well as renewing several existing corporate accounts to new contracts. Our adjusted EBITDA improved from the first quarter of 2013 as expected, as several cost initiatives were being put into place in the second quarter. In addition, costs related to the review and restatement process wound down throughout the quarter."
What are they doing to turn things around? The books are cleaned up .......... see above for what they are doing.
Why did so many techs leave this month? Again, nothing to support your claim.

      FUDSTER!

      • The great lakes area has lost between "layoffs" and retirement and resignations at least 9 people in October alone. I bet that at least 1,000 of those new accounts aren't even worth more than $200 a month, 500 won't reorder and 400 won't be serviced.

How can the books be cleaned up when customers are still leaving because of billing errors that don't get fixed in a timely manner.

      • I have heard all of this before---BS

I have several questions for you...
When are you meeting with your institutional investor friends? (ha ha ha ha ha ha)
When are you and swish and truth and the rest of your fake alias' going to New York again for your big double secret meetings? (probably have a picture of the empire state bulding in your mom's basement)
When are you and your friends going to stop acting like a middle school girls?
When are you going to stop lying?
      Thanks in advance.

    • ab, I hope you are not holding your breath waiting on real answers from PMDKIA. All you will get from him is Pierce is on a propaganda tour. Things are on the upswing. Things won't be so bad this quarter. The "3" he must be referring to is 3 cents per share drops in the share price. That seems to be the only 3's that are occurring. And hold on......can you hear it now....mobl21 will log on and ask you why you are here and why you have multiple IDs, talking to yourself. You will get nothing from them because they have nothing. You can't make this mess up.

PMD's explanation regarding why Pierce's base salary is $150,000 with a one-year contract and Byrne's is $300,000 with a two-year contract and a $400,000 potential bonus opportunity. Let that roll off your tongue. A company that has been hemmoraging cash and losing $15-$20 million a quarter and the former CEO has the opportunity for a $400,000 bonus. Sound logical?

With the share price struggling to stay above 60 cents a share, if there was any positive trends, you would think they would want to get that news out to the public as soon as possible. Nothing prohibits them from filing prior to the due date and releasing earnings and having an investor call. So, why are they not anxious to get the news out? Wait.....you will see it shortly now that it is being pointed out to them. Bless them.

    • Yes do tell.... which distributors have they lost? I hear that a rep needs AREA VP approval to just get a simple installation done. That sounds like resources are dwindling fast. Giving away free Ozone units to keep unprofitable laundry accounts.... it wont be long now.

      • This is the first I've heard about free ozone systems. You would think if we need approval for small installs, (I've not had this experience.) they wouldn't be giving away highly expensive units, not to mention, very labor intensive installs. Ultimately, ozone lowers chemical costs how does that make sense. I'm not saying things are great,(not even good), but that seems like horse manure.
        Also, what distributors???
