    • What a way to put people in the poorhouse. Keep them in their overprices houses, which most can't really afford. Remember most of these house were bought under the assumption their house would keep going up double digits in value YOY, so saving money did not matter. The wealth would be in the appreciating home value they were told and that would be captured whey they sell in a year or two for double the purchase price.

      THE TERMINATOR GETS A BUNCH OF KILLs, and just like all politicians he will make life for these people worst, as they become impoverished as the bearly make payment for a house that is decreasing in value.

      ARNOLD is about to f__k up a lot of peoples lives, as politicians do.

    • Won't help. They still own a ton of interest/debt on a stagnant to depreciating asset. Still better to turn in the keys
