This was one of his dozen stocks to buy next week. Aren't earnings 2/7 lol. If he thinks mortgage insurers are going broke then why is he recomending builders. He also liked aapl,mot, vz, bcr and hon as I recall.
Lower interest rates will stimulate affordability and resets will be at lower rates than existing mortgages. This all has a second quarter demand impact to the positive. With the current PPS at bottom, this establishes an excellent entry point for Mutual Funds long term growth.
