    sham article a sham

anyone see the "housing recovery a sham" article by heidi moore? who is she anyhow? i have one question regarding it: where are the facts? its all hyperbole. if that is contributing to the knock down in builders today, its time to jump in and start buying.

    • yeah, they are basically saying large financial institutions are taking these properties off the market to decrease supply. i'm so sure they would all be willing to act in concert to take losses onto their books in order to prop up the economy and the housing market. complete and utter BS. think about it people. it would NEVER happen. only the government is willing to prop up the economy in any way. not a public or private company.

      • The investor is so risk averse today that they will react to any Bullsh-t opinion that hits the media, obiviously Heide Moore, is trying to pick up a few brownie pointss at the expense of the builder shareowners. The only Heide I heard of prior to today was the California madame that was imprisoned for pandering a number of years ago..LOL Personally, it doesn't matter who is buying new homes at increased prices, the houses are still being built for a good profit and providing employment to help fuel the economy.

        Sentiment: Buy
