1.Not-Profitable despite having only pipeline at maximum exposure to market
2.Mgmt & insiders issue out tens of millions each quarter in stock options despite increasing losses and uncertainty. That is the equivalent of highschool principal getting a 10 million dollar bonus for having all his students flunk an exam.
3. Competition from J&J "Creaming" MDVN and Xtandi market share continues to be on shakey ground with several competitors
4.One of the highest P/E in the entire market and most expensive stocks to own with a uncertain future.
5. Drugs like Xtandi from MDVN or Provenge from DNDN are inherently flawed, with the highest costs and the least effectiveness in preserving life. These drugs are less than innovative and will never be sustainable in the long run.
6. MDVN has a poor deal in their AZN partnership, benefiting AZN more than MDVN. This leaves MDVN with a minority in share of their own product and AZN gets a majority of the sales. A good DD should evaluate the performance of the mgmt when doing such a one handed deal, seriously compromising their companies credibility and standing in the business world.
There's a reason MDVN shot up 1000% in less than a year 5$ - to 50$.. Everything is priced in, if your looking for growth and you bought this stock, you most likely should be in some kind of mental asylum or under constant family care for being so careless and demented.
Don't forget to mention that insiders have been the biggest sellers of MDVN stock - CEO himself sold the largest tranche ever last month, an astonishing 20 million dollar tranche ahead of ER, and we all know what happened after... No faith in the company at these prices, thats for sure!
So thoughtful of you , melonhead, to prompt stockgeniussss from the sidelines. But he has always been there to support and second your idiotic posts, too, whether you are futilely bashing MDVN or pumping LNKD. In fact, it's a collaboration so close, one might almost think you were the same person.
