I think it's a little on the high side actually. But I think defense stocks will continue to be hot is why I'm not giving up on MAGS.
The main drawback with MAGS is their start up is dragging on earnings until next year.
American companies just go out and buy another company and then write off the goodwill of the other company and do a sleight of hand with the accounting and show the new company to be accretivate (miss-spelled i know i know) to earnings.
MAGS and CHKP look out further and are better to hold long term imo.
I, also, trust Israeli accounting more than American accounting and holding a ton of CHKP been buying all the way down from 16 1/2 to 14 now. 2+ points will be nothing when it pops again.
They are my two biggest long postions, other than utilities and stocks I am buying for dividends.
