    Universal Guardian Introduces London-Based Operations, Secure Risks Ltd, with $6 Million in Projected Revenues by Year End 2004

    COSTA MESA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 2, 2004--Universal Guardian Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:UGHO - News), a provider of security products and services to mitigate terrorist and security threats for governments and businesses worldwide, today announced the opening of a new wholly owned subsidiary named Secure Risks Limited, a provider of business risk solutions and strategic security services to government and industry organizations, currently based in London, England. Secure Risks will operate from offices in London, Paris, Zurich, Cyprus, Jakarta, Hong Kong, and Los Angeles (Costa Mesa) beginning in the next few weeks, and plans to open offices in Washington D.C., Kabul, Baghdad, Shanghai, and Caracas in the coming months.

    Secure Risks' services include threat assessment, risk analysis, country risk management, business intelligence, corporate investigations, information assurance, kidnap and ransom, intellectual property and brand protection, identity theft, and investigations of fraud, money laundering, stock manipulation, as well as strategic security services including executive and diplomatic protection and training.
