they don't report insider buys and sells...I asked the company about that.

Hard to belive no insider buys. May be they want to go private.

.86 EPS for the 4 quarters with 120% revenue growth y/y and the stock selling near book value. Either this is a scam of the YEAR of the company, or the buy of the century here. bad market conditions, i agree, but no way this should trade anywhere near book value, which gives the whole business value of 0, almost $3/sh is in cash

Think what you must but I will NOT raise my $1.50 purchase order of Magal stock.

They have $2.40 a share just in cash, sport. This stock is going much higher. They just had a 40% increase in sales quarter over quarter in their seasonably weak quarter.

a loss of (.23) in 2010, a loss of (.15) in 2011 now a .00 for 2012 in q1. trending in the right direction if you ask me
