Mags has now had three weekly closes of higher
prices than the week before - only the second time in
the last year that Magal has done that. Back in May
was the other. If it's an institution accumulating
the stock, it's only a prelude to buying a large
block.
"Is there something I should know?"
Lala-lala-lala-lala...;-)))
up in pre-market trading....should be a good day!
WH
Mr. Izhar Dekel, President of Magal, stated: ``We
are pleased by the Company's performance for the
first half of 1999 and, based
on our current
backlog, anticipate continued growth throughout the rest
of the year, leading to record results for the year
ending December 31, 1999.''
IMHO: MAGS will be
2digit, soon.

Could this be the start of the breakout? They're already at a new 52 week high.
By viewing the chart of MAGS dating back to
October '99 you can see 3 levels of consolidation, each
at higher levels. We are almost complete the third
as the volume continues to decreases. This makes it
technically strong and has me believing a higher level of
consolidation is near or hopefully the "major break."

IMHO it's kept artificially low. Technically, there's
no limit, now. As I said earlier, my target is $9 at
least, based on different ideas:
-high backlog
(don't exactly know how high)
-with the US spending
1.4B pa on embassy safety
sales should increase
that much, that a mkt.cap
of 60M or more is
OK.
-increasing terrorism world wide will keep
investors
*excited*.
IMHO
Does anybody know when this stock is going to take off.

EGG and VVID have gone (IIRC, take over).
This
stocks are mentioned in a research report, I got from
MAGS, about 2 years ago.
bah-bye

MAGS is the most interesting stock mainly through a
broad line of products. INVN is interesting, too, but I
personally like MAGS more.
...it could happen at any time. This stock has a
history of sharp spikes, and is (by even a cursory glance
at the trendline chart) obviously under patient,
steady accumulation. I've noticed that since CIBC became
a MM a few months ago (around 2 7/8), the bid has
been pretty firm. There IS supply around $4, but
probably only around 10M shs. When this changes hands and
is exceeded, I would expect a pop. Magal has one of
the smallest floats around. I look at the weekly and
monthly charts and can only be patient myself. At some
point, it will (IMO) go.
