Stock dilution. Nothing to panic about. Just the stupes on wall street not knowing what they're doing, as usual.
No, much more significant than that in the form of lack of future profitability prospects to support current market cap.
Based on my prior risk/reward assessment(which I posted), I am right on the money as it is currently within my predicted range. Many pumping longs had predicted 18 pps and beyond right after approval. THis will now steadily decrease to fair valuation...much to my satisfying short position!!!
From my limited experience, I've found that to be the case. And premarket is also not all that good of an indicator. I've seen a bunch of 'em have high pps's PM and nose dive on open. I imagine you have too. Today's play doesn't mean much as indicated by the low volume. 1.5 million is nothing. Could have been anything. Just some guys taking profits and moving money around because of the stagnant pps and then it caught a little downward momentum, some folks panicked maybe; who knows. Unless I see downward pps accompanied by big volume, I'm not losing any sleep.
i've always been told unless you see significant volume ah and a major decrease or increase in stock.. AH hours trades are always settlements from intraday trading.. in essence AH doesn't mean anything unless there was news.. PM is different story
