Anyone know the composition of matter patent number?

You guys are Long and don't even know the details for their most important patent???...like taking money from children..LOL!
    ----------------------------------------

Don't be a tool. If you are long in Microsoft, or Apple, or QCOM do you read all their patents? Apple has 14 seminal patents (that they have disclosed in courts) but nobody I have ever met can even give me the numbers of 3 of them.

Nobody needs to go that far down in detail (ie patents) to understand if the company's stock is going to go up or down in the next 1-2 years, and that is all that really matters.

I have a PhD in chemistry and so I am looking at this from a chemical point of view and also who has patents in the same family that may be potential partners/competitors/lisencee/etc. As I said I'll get there eventually but with COM patents it is often hard to find the one patent that claims the exact chemical structure that is active. 9 Times out of 10 patent readers get confused on the structures described vs those claimed in the patent.

Here's a question for the class: who can tell me the difference between a described COM structure and a claimed one in a patent?

Well you better do that for one trick ponies like OPTR and other small companies if you don't want to lose your pants....this is the foundation of the long-term commercial viability of these small companies. Who's being the tool,, LOL!

If you look at their claims from their application (which has NOT been granted), you'll see a very close resemblence to prior art! This is why the generic patent busters will come riding in and is also the reason this company has not been bought! FOOLS, FOOLS, all Longs in this board, even the so called docs....LMAOF

The described structure is the template from which the difference in claimed structure is derived, which makes it a unique structure.
