Volume will be well over 3M today and as far as I could check in the last 10 years, we only had one day close at a little over 3.066M and it was this month. If you go back to 2000 we did have some volumes over 7M.
Did an internet News Search for an hour and could not find anything but some action taken on their credit lines involving changes that will take place in Aug.
I guess we will be the last to know what's behind the close doors!
OK, I must be the worst market timer of all time I bought yesterday on the dip and it popped back and then went down the sewer. I have invested here two times before and made nice money and also GTN two times as they tend to run the same way. It looks like Black rock is unloading and they are the only big shareholder in both companies and they both took a big hit today. Honestly i will not buy more now but if we see that Black Rock has lightened the load here in a few days and if EPS is ok it could be a nice place to enter again but Black Rock does not liquidate for no reason normally. I am going to hold for a while too late to buy puts imo.

Fab I think you're right about some fund unloading a large number of shares for whatever reason. There was no news release in the last few days to account for the selling and ZACKS along with the other analyst have not change their ratings as of 0427hrs this morning and they are mostly BUYS. The drop in pps was too slow for stop-loss triggers.
You said that it looks like Black Rock was selling stock and the question I have is where can I go to see that data in real time or a history of sells other than what you can see on level two.
I think one would need to be a fool to buy this stock as it is broken from a TA perspective. Perhaps smart money is taking big profits out before earnings just to lock them up but it may be someone knows earnings will not support the recent, rapid price rise.
More likely it is just a consolidation as this has been a rocket. I considered taking profits also but long term this has a lot further to go just based on some quick comparisons to somewhat similar companies like TV. Earnings report will tell a lot though.
