I think the market has also priced in anticipated uncertainty around the negative EPS in Q3 related to the refinance & retirement of the high cost bonds. It was a one time event yes, but it still adds uncertainty as to market's comprehension of what was a truly great event - 7 year financing at 3.5% resulting in 40% increase in free cash flow.
The fundamentals are still in place. Technicals are funky with a terminated officer liquidating a position. It will take a little time but this is a great company that is very well positioned for growth and has very little direct competition in their markets.
