I just registered a "complaint" with Dr. Chan, via e-mail
Let's try to avoid distracting Dr. Chan with these pointless inquiries. We need him to focus on running the company and finishing trials - if the trial results are good all will be fine and you will have wished you took this opportunity to "back up the truck" at these "depressed" prices. Think long-term!
IMO, the easiest way to make money is to find stocks where short sellers are bringing down a good company and then buy cheap. They are doing all of us longs a favor as long as you don't need the money in a few weeks/months.
Sheshhh, the only favor they are doing is to themselves...you can have a short position, that's ok. If you are wrong you can cover, that's ok.
But if you can keep on shorting as much as you want (thanks to NSS and the lack of uptick rule), making the shares of the company almost worthless influence the company's business too and so they can win even if they should loose.
