I've rarely seen much correlation. However, this will have the indirect impact I discussed on another post. Although Micron does not sell SRAM, other big DRAM players certainly do (Samsung, NEC, Renesas). All of these companies now employ manufacturing lines known as "flexible capacity". It allows them to move capacity rather easily to another technology. If the DRAM market strengthens, then these companies will generally forgo SRAM business for DRAM business due to the magnitude of DRAM relative to SRAM.
So, in short, a strong DRAM result in tightness in the SRAM market.
