As CY has divested itself of non-preforming businesses the numbers have gone done. But overall the company is more profitable with what's left over.

Yes I would like the sales to be higher, but I will gladly take higher profits over high sales and low profits. I believe the overall numbers will rise.

Well it makes sense what you say, but there are a lot of institutional investors in CY and they might just have a little influence. :-) :-) :-)

I don't think, that they like to see a golden egg, spoil in the sun. If CY had only small retail investors, you would be 100% right.

So was I stupid for asking the question or stupid for being willing to consider selling 2XX shares to gain 1000 shares? Everything I read prior to this indicated CY was going to extract some additional charge to the stockholders for this, zbodl. Is that so hard to believe?

CY will not sell before we see polysilicone prices come down further.

I would think the favorable tax ruling today would increase the intrinsic value of CY shares. IMHO.

Did he mention anything on the SPWR ruling?
