I see Cypress extended their low ball offer of $2.68 per share for Ramtron. What it is with TJ, Ramtron has already turned down the offer. Unless TJ is willing to pay north of $5.00 the deal will not happen. His nuts to think there's still a chance.
I do not think CY ever had any intentions to purchase Ramtron---I think that the offer for Ramtron; and the Revolveing Credit Line are diversions to focus the attention away from sorry management; the pending patent law suit before them; and a dividend which they cannot support unless they borrow from the "revolveing" credit line.
If they would just tell their story as it really is they would gain a whole lot more "business" respect---as it is they are streatching the truth---and their "hats" are getting smaller and smaller as time passes.
