Debt holders should convert their debt to equity, it is pretty much their only option. If they are counting on cash redemption, chances
are slim. No revenues currently to satisfy any debt currently. If I would be a debt holder, I would not want to shoot myself in the foot. Rather, help the company, and my own cause, by converting debt to equity, hence give Savient a shot in the arm by in essence creating a debt burden free enterprise, with full upside leeway. Debt holders should see where bonds are trading, pricing in a marginal chance of survival. Don't be stupid.
buddy, debt holders are far above you and your petty thinking.they are more likely to put pressure on krystexa price increases than converting bonds into equity.that has got to be the funniest thing I have heard in a long while, and then you add don't be stupid,as if the people who hold 200 million in debt are in fact stupid and don't have a few billion more to throw out the window rather than pay capital gains to the government.you need to change your name as well.derek
