    Speaking of T Bills. . .

    and dividends, many analysts, including Stephen Roach (Morgan Stanley's lead economist) smell a recession in late 2005 or early 2006. . .reason. . .rising short term rates, and oil prices working through the economy. . .the Fed needs to keep raising short rates to defend the dollar, and cut off too much liquidity in the market. People who have 100,000 home equity loans and were paying 4% are now paying 5.75%. . also credit card rates have gone up. Add expensive gas into the picture, and a slowdown seems in the picture. That is why long bond rates have still not gone over 5%. . .the 10 year is trading at about 4.59%. . .SO . . PGN's 5.7% seems like a good place to be . . .also 15% tax on this dividend.
