My expectation is that we will have game changing news just before the AGM, perhaps on Monday the 27th or during the previous week. The company might just surprise with an earlier announcement as they are out to off foot the traders.
The company in my opinion knows full well that shareholders are in a surly mood, which would only take about one day of following this board. They also know full well that following the PEA all will be forgiven. The stock is obviously under manipulation. No matter what they say before the PEA would be spun and wasted.
The company was badly shaken by the spurious attack by the BCSC. There are only 3 people in the company who could deal with it and their 16-20 hr days over a protracted period exhausted them. They all had to take holidays thereafter to recover and get down to business again. Any more questions as to why things had to be pushed back the better part of a quarter?
Nothing has happened except between the ears here. The gold is there in ever increasing quantities. The commodity has resumed its inexorable advance. The world's economies are collapsing. If you don't have the patience to wait a mere 20 trading days to get the goods, by all means sell and move on, but the question is, why stop within sight of the finish line?
Interesting story. I was reading this afternoon about running a railroad down to the copper mines in Ely and there was a note about how on May 22, 1906, two feet of snow fell in a late Spring blizzard. That might trap you in most places I go to - besides no way to see the road or jeep trail, and anyone who drives blind in the Nevada desert is soon walking anyway.
"Nice stories you talk about, but still only stories. Can you tell me more of them please, please, pretty please with sugar on top? You know I just can't get enough of them,...'
You got it all wrong again, Sonny. I wasn't telling stories to entertain you but in a futile attempt to explain why I haven't been in the desert so far this year, and why greenhorns like yourself should take care.
But since you asked so kindly, so sweetly for more - allow me to expand on the point I was making: I remember once when it snowed 9" in Reno during the second week of May in the late 60's while home on leave from the service. Anyone in the desert then would have had a great deal of difficulty in getting back to town. That's not a story, but is based on 50 years of back country travel.
"I get out in the summer when the weather moderates. Apparently you live in that great sand box in the south because in Nevada gold country the winters can be tough."
No I don't live down there, Reno area is where I live. I know the areas you talk about, been there. Nice stories you talk about, but still only stories. Can you tell me more of them please, please, pretty please with sugar on top? You know I just can't get enough of them, being that I have never done that before (sarcasm)
When your out in the desert, sure your not just hitting the burning man in the summers.
"Just having a little fun at the moment."
Yeah! Just a little fun at my expense. And why? Because you can't offer a sound, substantiated argument in opposession to the issues that I have raised. No, no, you can't do that but you can make fun and as your cohorts usually do - take the insult/name-calling route.
Now if you put me on ignore, does that mean I won't be receiving your snarky rudeness anymore? Gee, what a disappointment. LOL
"Beauty is in the eye ... never mind you wouldn't understand. Try the ignore button my friend and if that's too difficult just don't click on my posts. What could be easier?"
Now who is giving advice to someone they don't know? Of course I wouldn't understand. Remember I'm below you.
Around and around we go, where it stops nobody knows.
Were you a lawyer, or a politician, or I know, maybe a psychiatrist?
"Just tired of seeing regurgitated vulture vomit coming up every day."

NO! You thought you should tell me what I can and cannot do and say on this board because ... now that's the part that escapes me, maybe you can explain why you think you should give personal advice on how to live their lives to people you don't know .
BTW I know it isn't because you really care about my happiness -I was just joking.
"Do you have a life, or is this your life. You need to get back out into the desert away from the computer and enjoy life more."
I appreciate your concern for my happiness. I'm sure your remarks were motivated purely out of kindness, but if I don't have a problem with my life, what is it to you? Could it be that I enjoy trading PM stock? That being able to employ myself in an activity which is not only profitable but provides both motivation and opportunity to remain mentally active and globally inquisitive is a great benefit to an old desert rat like myself?
I get out in the summer when the weather moderates. Apparently you live in that great sand box in the south because in Nevada gold country the winters can be tough. We've had a couple of old timers die in the desert this winter, one froze, the other starved to death. I was prospecting (black opal) up along the east side of the Calico Range NW of the black rock in October one year when caught by an early snow storm. Did ya' ever try to drive 35 miles of desert into Gerlach with 10" of snow blanking out any trace of the dirt road coming down from Soldiers Meadow? It takes awhile.
"Apparently you got your panties all in a bunch because I disagree with your leader, but what really bothers you is every time he posts his nonsense I point out the silly and irrational nature of his beliefs."
I'm free ranging it right now so that can't happen....LOL
Just tired of seeing regurgitated vulture vomit coming up every day.
As far as leaders go.....I have always been in charge of this one man army.
Take some time off from the classroom, and head out to your old stomping grounds. The desert is the greenest I have seen it in years.
Now if it would just stop raining I could get out myself and do some drywashing.
There is only one poster whose ideas are so bereft of logic that they are not worth reading and therefore has been consigned to the ignore bin. That poster is bogfit.
Since I have had several x'd out posts in response to mine on this thread yesterday, I can only assume that they are his. I don't know or care what he is saying but enjoy the jibes he's getting.
Personally I think he is in lock up somewhere and can't go out into the desert.
