Bad Enough that I have to sit on dead/slow money......but, what about poor Zohar. C'mon Zohar Make a Move!
This thing was valued at 20/sh back in '07. But we sit here while Frick sells to Frack and Frack sells to Frick at rediculous prices. Going to $100MM in a few years? Well, Zohar make your move NOW. Buy it back private at 20-25......then take a year to send it public again at 40. Or, declare a 1.50 annual dividend now and watch the pps jump into the mid-30s within a Q. But for heaven's sake do something......building cash doesn't work......growth doesn't work.......add a big dividend and hopefully we can all move on at something near a fair price.
The problem is a buyback lowers the shares outstanding which does not make much sense when you only have about 7M shares.
I don't really want a cash divy and they should only make an acquisition if it makes sense. A $.50 - $1 one time cash divy will just bring in some people to try and flip the stock. Not a fan. An ongoing cash divy is probably possible but I would not make it all that big and I'm not sure that is drives the stock price up because these shares seem to be held tightly already.
I'd be happy with a $.60-$.75/year dividend -that would be 5-6%. At a $1.50 you would paying out more that they are currently bringing in. I don't mind building a cash position, but let's do something with it.
too bad you didn't........8.00 in cash.....promise of $100MM soon.......1.50 is cheap, especially if they(Zohar) cares about the pps(being high, Now).......how much will they earn by the end of next FY.......the one after that......the one after that........that's 3.......aren't we suppose to be 100MM by then.
