The only thing IBD mentioned was that NSSC was a leader in volume for Tuesday. There was no article. IBD never mentioned a thing about institutions selling off. Hughe volume is a good indication that institutions are acquiring or distributuing. In this case NSSC had a down day on about 50% higher than normal volume. Some institution/institutions may have sold off some positions. This is nothing out of the ordinary, especially prior to 15 April when stocks are often sold off to pay the tax man. If the sell off volume was about 200% - 300% higher than normal, then I'd worry. NSSC is fine.
