Never trust the Chinese data. They're after the U.S. capital to pad up their companies. Just look at the history of the fraud, government inappropriate actions, State sponsored hacking of U.S. corporations, theft of IP, etc. I lived in China for over 10 years and I know their culture. They have no mercy. They have different standards of ethics. Don't trust what you're being fed. The SEC has no power over them and they know it. Just trust me.
These Chinese stocks are trading on SEC regulated US Exchanges, by US Market Makers, on US soil, publically offered to US people and made them tradable by US people and investment bankers like Goldman and Wall Street for lot of money, seem to be perpetuated by corrupt US Congress which does not properly fund SEC and does not let it stop any fraud . And if SEC knows it has no power then why is SEC allowing them to trade on US Exchanges to US people and knowingly allow the fraud to continue?
Who does that make fraudulent? Chinese companies or the US SEC, US Congress, US investment bankers, US Wall Street, US Exchanges and US Market Makers?
This is a Chinese fraud made in and by US. In this movie all the con artists are from US who sold Trillions of dollars worth of fraudulent mortgage paper, selling this small fraudulent Chinese paper is piece of cake for them. Loos like this makes US the mother of all frauds.
Frankly lost quite a bit of money in the Chinese frauds too.
Most of the fraud is from reverse mergers or non-internet/e-commerce/tech related companies.
