??Is this BOD and Mgt for REAL.. calling annual stockholders mtg for 800AM..I received my proxy and annual report yesterday..???two questions I hope some one can answer??:
1) On page 22 of annual report, there is a 'performance chart'..can anyone tell me if this chart is in complience with SEC regulation??
2)?? Can anyone find a letter from a CPA certifing the acuarcy of HBI finanicial statements..these guys are 'worst' than those at SLE!!!
