These guys get on tv and try to talk it down to fit their vertical call strategy . They win some but they try not to lose. so they have a hedge long position as well. so far it looks like they will need it. They might lose on this trade.post the net credit and trade details and we will see if they are wrong.Otherwise these statementa about can't be beat are just BS from a disciple that really doesn't think for himself.
Hope you covered or were stopped out. Now maybe you can start making quality decisions rather than follow losing short sales. Tip number 1 - Follow the tape. Trend following and strong fundamental research will do better for you than th $49 short newsletter. Hey you can make some on the short side but look out when the momentum read is wrong.Beyyer chance we are at 30 than 20 in April. The cottton futures pricing does not 0ne for one impact finished cost of product.Until retail sales are consistently stronger it will be hard to pass on to the customer a price increase. Customers will not trade down from cotton but they may trade up for new smart fabrics like nano care etc. This company is well positioned and the retailers need this brand support in their assortments. So a modest price into retail is possible. retail will have a decision to either pass it or part of it through or absorb it. Either way there will still be some demand for these products.
While inflation fears are driving commodity prices higher it will not end the market for cotton products that stand foe high quality.
There will be some price increases into the retail trade . What they do at retail is anyone's guess. Mine is a modest price increase. The commodity price currently is not necessarily the precise impact at retail. Someone has to take delivery you know.
I beat them all the time. They are just so so. They are just ok. This stock will be 25+ in April. The turnaround has been established. Retail outlook pretty good. sales have been improving. Missed street expectations on earnings but hit my model. I like this one. Commodity price of cotton is only serious challenge to keep your eye on here as margins could be a little softer.
Good outlook. Probably trading about as low as it is going to get in short term.
I appreciate you posting this view by the analysts.
I'm interested in reading further, do you have a link available or can you post their detailed thoughts on what's driving what and when if at all they think the low will hit
