Not sure, looks like market makers doing what they do. Held up today and holding steady over the past week, looks like either distribution or accumulation is still going on. Based on the past week or two and todays action, I'd say accumulation. IMHO
No, she said first half '13 would not grow as fast as 2012, but earnings for 2013 through 2015 still on target for 20% CAGR. Remember, they have been buying back a ton of stock-- they have nothing to "hide" through engineering since revenues have been growing YOY as have net earnings and margins are remaining strong. BUT, if they want EPS to hit certain targets on top of that underlying strength, they can certainly make that happen through cash flow derived buybacks on the order of roughly 1 million shares per quarter.
