I agree. The CEO, COO, and CFO, have plenty of skin in the game and their buying of their own company stock does more to increase "shareholder value" for the individual shareholder than any other measure. I also purchased more stock at $10.20/share and $10.26/share, and seeing that management continues to buy stock and not sell any shares bodes well for investor confidence. Of course, the monthly dividend payment sure makes "holding" the stock extremely pleasurable and profitable! This should be a long term holding for investors.
