You have a good sense of smell. Something is not right.

Not likely. They have roughly $60 million in cash & short term investments, which they say will get them through Q4 of this year. And those estimates include 2 global hospital acquired pneumonia trials this year.
Also, they're looking for a European partner for Tedizolid, which would bring in more cash and reduce the burn rate.
Not saying it's impossible, just unlikely.

I was too. My order filled at $6.06. Still, it's a bit scary. Down 7% on significant volume while the market as a whole is doing fine. Makes you wonder if somebody knows some bad news and is getting out before it's announced.
