Gonna see how bad it gets, then cost average. There hasn't even been any dilution yet and everyone is running for the hills. Millions upon millions in market cap lost, all for a few million in operating capital? No way. You'd hardly know that this stock is rated a high buy through several analyists.
I'm optimistic. I expect more information, so I'm not going to panic. Maybe I shouldn't, but I don't believe this company wants to sell their shares for peanuts anymore than we want to hold the bag. Shares that are worthless will not help them achieve anything. Management will put a bottom on this. I look forward to clarification, soon to come.
Everybody always panic sells when companies announce stock offerings, but if the company is making money or has promise, those stock offerings are often a good thing for investors. For one thing, its a whole lot cheaper to pay off debt, or avoid debt by using revenues from such offerings. If the offering price is near or higher than the market price, the real value of the company stays the same or goes up. Smart traders know that the overreaction that occurs on such an announcement is a great opportunity to get shares at a bottom.
I'm a short term trader & I wish I had sold yesterday before the announcement, but I'm with you on this one. I'll buy more now and just wait 2 or 3 weeks. This will be back up very shortly.
